After discussing the various materials and design goals, he worked up a detailed sketch that reflected exactly what we wanted. He did all of the necessary paperwork that had to be submitted to the HOA as well as the city for approval and permits. Everything went smoothly. There is no way anyone can see where the chips were.....and they were ugly black chips.
