Arrived, we discussed strange sounds I was hearing, turned on water to duplicate the sound. Eric examined water heater and other components, discussed how to proceed and pricing. I agreed, he went and obtained parts, came back and completed job. Efficient, quick, neat, all in all extremely pleased with transaction. Price seemed very fair.
