"The call was made to Handyman Matters on March 31 and we got an appointment the next day. Kevin showed up to see what materials would be needed for the sprayer and went to get the part. When he returned the job was done quickly. While we had wanted to have the dryer vent just cleaned it didn't work out that way. It turns out the vent was very old and started to degenerate while Kevin worked on it. He showed me the problem (this explained why there was dust all over the laundry room for months) and said that the vent was very old and was mostly clogged (a real fire hazard). Kevin went and got material to replace the vent altogether and was done shortly after that. Kevin was knowledgeable, polite, answered questions and cleaned up after he was done. Good work. <br />"
