"It went very well. Bill replied quickly to my inquiry, and had a written estimate to me the same night that he came to the house to review the work I needed to have done. He was communicative throughout the entire process, helpful with design questions, and up front about all costs. Knowing I had dogs, Bill suggested we use a newer kind of sand that was especially durable. When it more than doubled the time they had to spend putting it in, the team worked past dark without complaint. They reseeded the yard where their equipment had left tracks and cleaned up after themselves nightly. Bill and his team were friendly but still very professional. Bill came out again the day after everything was installed to make sure I was still happy and the sand was curing properly. The patio is so gorgeous I sometimes just stare at it.
