"I called Gingrich Plumbing and left a message on their answering machine explaining the work that I need to have done.  They called me back that evening and thought they could do the job in the next couple days.  They were very busy at the time because of all the frozen pipes being experienced in the area due to the extremely cold temperatures (this was January!).  The next day, they called and told us they could do the job on 1/12/2015 (a few days away).  They showed up exactly at the time they scheduled.  Mr. Gingrich had his son along to help with the work.  They worked quickly and cleaned everything up when they were finished.  Both the new tub and the new fixtures are of a very good quality.  My wife and I were thrilled with the result and will definitely use Mr. Gingrich for any future plumbing needs that we have.  I had another plumbing issue and asked Mr. Gingrich to look at it - he was happy to do that and it turned out that it didn't need any work (and there was no charge for him taking a few minutes to look at it. <br />"

Ken is a very friendly and appears to work efficiently.  The job was completed in ~7 hours and Ken returned ~3 days later to apply a second coat of drywall mud.   <br /> I did the demolition and removal of the old tub prior to installation.  Espensade's plumbing inspected the tub meticulously prior to installation to ensure no cosmetic or structural deviations.  West Shore Bath quoted us $7000, and another local plumbing co quoted us $4200.  We will continue to use Esphshades for everything an  entry level DIY can't do. <br />"

"Greatest! Yesterday I contacted Angi for a plumber. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Mr Bollman. We discussed the problem. We discussed the price and we set up an appointment for today. He arrived early and even went looking for me when no one answered the door. I was in the barn and he came out to tell me he was here. Inside we went and he had all his tools ready to go to work. He discovered the problem within a few minutes. I thought it just needed to be snake but he discovered exactly what was wrong and he fixed it in no time at all. So professional, personable, knowledgeable and prompt was Ron Bollman. I was so impressed and I have to say, it was the best at home service call I have ever experience. Will be calling him again for a job I need done in the basement. If you have plumbing needs, I don't think you could ever find a better choice. Price was deducted by 10% because I was a senior.
