"Quoting/Sale -- Very responsive, was willing to create the quote with several different requested options and phases. Had no problem when I decided to just go with the small core project rather than one of the larger ones. Very professional throughout. Pricing -- high on a per linear ft basis, but I understand the fixed costs with coming out for a small project. Overall seems very fair. Installation -- The five week waiting time they predicted was almost exactly what it ended up being. I was called about 4 days before the installation date. Installers found unexpected concrete below the driveway blacktop which certainly complicated the process. The finished product looked great. Follow up -- Unfortunately, over the next six weeks two of the four posts warped pretty significantly, given everything an uneven look and opening a gap between gate and fence. The contract I signed had a two year workmanship warranty, but not a product warranty, and admittedly this wasn't caused by any mistakes in setting the post. Nonetheless, when I asked them to take a look at it, Fence Experts came out and completely replaced the two warped posts. I was so happy with this part of the process. There was never any pushback, just a commitment to make sure the customer was satisfied, even with a very small job in the scheme of things. Summary: The Fence Experts are great people, and stand by their work. This was a very refreshing home improvement experience. I will definitely be going back to them for the next fence project."

"Overall it was ok, but there was a continual stream of small annoyances that got progressively more significant. In the end, I did get the fence I wanted, but the process was less then stellar, to say the least. It started with continuing to call my wife after we both told everyone involved, over and over and over, to stop calling her and to call me. Then, I had to wait 2 weeks before even scheduling the install, which wasn't that big of a deal, but I had to cc all kinds of people to get on the schedule because I left repeated messages on the scheduling line. Day of install everything went fine in the morning. Showed up on time and professional. When I got home from work that night, I found clay and mud clumps and rocks and small plastic bags and cardboard pieces spread all over my back yard (like they tried to disperse the earth they dug up for the posts). I even found a big pile of cement remnants in my <em>front </em>yard (remember, this fence was in back). All of this I had to clean up. But, the fence looked ok and it was done, so I just moved on.... about two weeks pass and one day I go beside my garage and find a huge pile of more clay and dirt and rocks that they had obviously dumped there. Then, behind the garage is a pile of grass clippings that are there composting and I noticed a black bucket sticking out. They had tried to bury an empty bucket of quick set concrete. They had actually went all the way behind my garage and tried to bury it and hide it! At that point I got in touch with them. They came out a few days later and cleaned up that mess, but that didn't help me at all with all the work I did myself prior to that, nor the disgusting fact that they did this in the first place."
