"Persi Homes was one of the four OC construction firms I contacted to receive a kitchen remodel quote. Quotes ranged anywhere from $42K to $120K to accomplish the same thing. The scope of my project was to turn my kitchen into an open concept kitchen with a big island that would house an induction range with a vent above it. This required the removal of two walls, raising the kitchen ceiling by removing a soffit and trenching the concrete to gain electricity for the island with the range. I had drawn up my own kitchen design to better communicate my vision. After discussing my design needs and wants with all the various construction companies I decided to move forward with Persi as they seemed to listen best to what my vision was for this kitchen remodel. I chose Persi mostly because I could connect with Amin who was my main contact throughout this construction. Amin was very patient; he listened to what I wanted but still managed to make suggestions for the better when it made sense."
