"I have used Navid's Construction for several projects at two homes we've owned. The first job required replacing front porch posts on a vintage, 1928 Sears Craftsman Bungalow. We were selling the home and needed to replace a rotting wooden structural porch post having architectural design features that I was adamant about replicating exactly as the original construction. Navid was able to completely reconstruct both posts with their added design features and do that work FLAWLESSLY!! I was incredibly pleased with the final results that he was able to accomplish within one day between him and his crew. This was all done, btw, within one week of closing with our buyer in advance of the sale of the home! A bit harrowing for me, but no problem for Navid! He also tackled reinforcing a joist and taking care of some termite damage. I engaged him again for another home of ours to reinforce a termite damaged joist and repair a 2nd floor drain. Success on all fronts. Total pro; use NAVID!!"
