Addition Contractors in Miami, FL

"In the mayhem of Ian, finding a company that exceeds your expectations is hard to find. Strategic Construction & Development did a major rebuilding project for us caused by Ian. They started on time and finished early and on budget. Unheard of today. They gave no excuses during the project because there was no need!"

"We cannot recommend Sky Beam Construction enough. We used them for our apartment renovation and were so impressed with the results. Renovations can come with unexpected challenges, but they handled everything efficiently, professionally, and kept the project moving forward without delays. You’ll be in good hands working with them."

"Excellent work on my bathroom renovation. Very professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!"

"Darias Construction replaced an old deck for me as well as two support columns. They were on time and very professional. They finished the job on time and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them!"

"This isnâ t my project but my mom desperately needed work done. She had not updated her home since Hurricane Andrew! She was very resistant to make any changes but stuff was starting to fall apart. She agreed to fix up the kitchen but I wasnâ t going to have enough time to oversee the project and sheâ s divorced. I needed someone that would make her feel comfortable and would work within her budget. I talked to a bunch of other contractors but we just couldnâ t find a good fit. Admittedly we didnâ t know EXACTLY what we needed. I found Ramon through a friend that spoke very highly of him. Ramon was a godsend! I canâ t imagine anyone else would have managed to deal with us. He was very (emphasis on the very) patient and transparent the whole process. We started off with the kitchen but eventually moved to the rest of the house. Great end product and I couldnâ t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Mom has been so so happy and she canâ t believe she didnâ t do this sooner! If youâ re thinking about doing any repairs or updates then donâ t hesitate. Heâ s easy to talk to and has your best interest in mind."

"I got in touch with Evolves Construction through a friend’s referral, as I was looking for someone to remodel my bathroom. From the very beginning, they were attentive and quick to respond. We reached a fair agreement, and throughout the process their communication was excellent. They are very punctual and extremely meticulous with the finishing details. I’m very satisfied with the final result of my bathroom. Highly recommended — 100%!"

"We recently hired this company for a small condo renovation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, they stayed on schedule, and the job site was always kept clean. If you’re looking for a trustworthy general contractor for condo remodeling, home renovations, or residential construction, I would definitely recommend them. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."
