"I Know It When I See It!! Years ago, I sat in a meeting room amongst a group of executives to talk about the business of the day. On this day, however, something was different. When we went to sit down, we each found a book in front of our seats, 'I Know It When I See It'. The book was probably 35 to 40 pages long and written on thick, easy-to-tear paper like you find in coloring books. The print was larger than usual and the words were elementary enough for a young kid to be able to read and understand. While others were meeting and greeting, I took the time to quickly read the book cover to cover. "Waters impressed us from the initial meeting when they assessed our roof to the final product. They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof.
