He was extremely patient with installing the backsplash making it perfectly straight even around windows and corners. "Our renters destroyed our wood floors over a three year period. James and crew came in, replaced a couple boards, sanded the rest and they now look like new. Prices are very low for the area. I rated him low on customer service because he promising to give me a receipt, but has failed to do so after several times contacting him."
