He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."

He was the only one of three roofers to crawl across unfinished rafters through the extremely tight and uncomfortable space under the roof to actually examine the leaking area and to formulate a simple, logical and fairly priced solution. He worked without pause, obviously knew exactly what he was doing, was neat, precise and cleaned up completely. He even blew out my gutters, checked and caulked the remaining roof vents as needed - an extra bonus. His fee was exactly as estimated and he provided me with all appropriate paper work.
