"I am a fairly accomplished do it yourself. Siding, window replacement and kitchens however Iâ m advanced in years and I draw the line at roofing. I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. "a leak It went very well ,they were very good at their craft and did a great job. My house looks like a newly constructed home. I did however have a problem with a leak that developed after the job was complete,in a joint in the roof . I never had a leak before and know that whatever was done during construction that joint in my roof was disturbed and allowed water to come into my home.
  After several attempts to seal the leak ,king quality was successful at stopping the water from entering at that joint in the roof.
    It took over a year to finally stop and fix the problem. Dimitri, who is the forman finally helped complete the process.

"I had a great experience with the Exterior team company. Ronald was very punctual in the initial visit for an estimate. I explained to him that I could not be there and he scheduled another time the same day to return to discuss the estimate. He was on time that evening as well. He was very fairly priced. We scheduled the job a month out. He had all materials delivered the morning of and the crew was on site by 7 30. They worked hard throughout the day and as a thunderstorm was coming, they worked tirelessly to cover the remainder of the roof. They returned the next day, completed the job and cleaned up.
