He diagnosed the problem and said he would be able to install the water heater within four days. He called the night before the install to let me know the expected arrival time and the amount of time it would take to complete the install. He showed up at 9am, as promised, and, before 11am, the water heater was installed and tested. I am extremely pleased and would consider Rapid for any other plumbing needs."

"This was a fairly big job to completely remodel our unfinished 1000 sq foot basement. The job took about 5-6 weeks to finish. Jeff showed up every day with his small crew and did an amazing job. Jeff was easy to work with and delivered everything we asked for. We also had Jeff's team replace our den floor with a heated tile floor which came out amazing. In addition, they also resolved a complicated leak that required some detective work to determine where it was coming from and thy were able to find and resolve the issue. "Jose and his crew do fantastic work. Did all work as promised and on budget. Only change orders were on our side adding things. Alta was originally hired to replace total roof. Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. Our last project just completed was a sunroom and shed with partition pavers creating a great sitting area. Everything Alta did was done well and we are so very happy. This is the only company I will use from now on. All of his employees and subs were pleasant, answered any questions we had and very professional."

"I had approximately 8 different quotes to redo a second floor bathroom. Homecraft Remodeling was basically right smack in the middle of all the other quotes and was honest about what it should cost etc. I went into the office with my wife, and we dealt with Norman, picked out tiles, flooring, toilet, bathtub and a few other things. My wife and I ordered the vanity, shower head, towel ring, toilet paper holder, lighting, and mirror because we didn't like what they had to offer. Norman deducted from the quote which we still broke even but at least we got what we wanted. The only issue we had was with scheduling but ill give them a pass due to Covid. Bathroom two about two weeks. Should have been a few days less but there were a couple of hiccups along the way. Overall the work was done very well. The workers were polite and explained everything as we moved along."

They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"
