"J&R Chavez Landscaping, LLC did an incredible job repairing the grouting and sealing a large natural flagstone patio at our home. It was in very poor condition and when his team left it looked better than new! His team was also able to repair and rebuild the interior supports under the floor of the patio. The workmen were excellent, came on time and worked over three days 8-5 every day. They were courteous and highly skilled in stone work. The price was very reasonable as well."

"Concreto Plus was responsive in coming by to provide an estimate for the job. They described the process in detail, and gave me a lower price than 2 other estimates. The work was delayed by weather, but was quickly rescheduled. They completely removed the original concrete driveway, installed a bed of stone, and a steel framework. The following day, they installed, graded (so water runs off to the street), and broom textured the driveway. They were respectful of the plants around the driveway. I'm very happy with the final product."

"We hired ARHT Home Solutions to do multiple projects for our home. We originally hired them to do a roof, siding and windows a couple of years ago and was extremely pleased with ARHT services We have returned as a customer to our surprise to install kitchen lighting for our cabinets as we didn’t know ARHT provided this, meanwhile while Michael consulted for us we found a need to hire them to install a new front door. We had just installed the same door three years ago. However, we needed the entire framing replaced along with a door. The installers found while they we’re installing it, rotted wood on our floor just starting to get into our home underneath our newly installed tile flooring. We are so happy to have had them consult for us otherwise we would have never known that we had an ant infestation. The door looks amazing and is very heavy duty. Its Brilliantly red the way I like it They installed custom hand railing for our steps that was approved by the HOA requirements- amazing ! Also we had multiple contractors out here looking at our chimney which was a sieve for air and had during the winter cold air coming in. ARHT took care of this issue as well, where no one else was able to do so. It has dropped five degrees within an hour as we used a thermometer to test it after they left during the hot summer. All in all we couldn’t recommend them enough. If we had more projects we would provide it to them, however we’ve taken care of everything else at this point."

I felt very comfortable with the estimate he provided and his first impression so decided to go with his company even though he was slightly higher than the lowest price. We have worked with Joe Schaeffer as the lead on our projects and he is always professional, punctual and makes sure all work is done correctly per the estimate. Joe has also been very helpful to us when we have been selecting plants for our yard as we have a significant deer problem. Flavio and his sons and excellent crew worked as true artisans to construct an exceedingly beautiful flagstone walk and patio in the courtyard to my home in Leisure World. The work was performed at the highest level of professionalism with careful attention to detail during the sales and specifications stage of the project and through every aspect of the installation. I was greatly impressed by the way each man on the crew approached the work -- each was a shining example of great customer service -- and the artisan who placed the stones was amazing. The work was performed exactly according to specifications, plus the extras they provided such as adding a discrete drainage pipe to pull away the condensate from my air conditioning system, and everything was done exactly according to the schedule we discussed. This company is highly recommended."

"Lou is personable and professional. Overall, it was as a good experience (in the context of experiences that I never wished to have). Here are some areas for improvement: - cleanliness: the crew covered furniture and used drop-cloths, but it was spotty and the use degraded over time. Basement shower was left with lots of junk that stained it. - attention to detail: the crew installed the black wall covering system in a sloppy manner instead of a tight fit. They also installed the sump hole covers with too tight a fit. - poor prep for put-together crew: the waterproofing crew cut erratic and uneven interior trenches instead of taking the time and using the tools to leave the concrete flush with a straight line of tile. This added $750 in extra cost to put the basement back together. Note that the crew brings in day labor to haul buckets of waste out of the house."

"Mairtin is a Stone artist. The job was to reface a brick fireplace with stone veneer and install an owner provided reclaimed wood mantel. Before choosing Mairtin, I interviewed a number of other local area Masons. What impressed me about Mairtin was his knowledge of masonry, his creative ideas for making the best out of the stone veneer, and his low pressure sales tactics. He was very professional and provided a proposal that was well within our budgeted plan. When he arrived to perform the work, he quickly tackled the project and you could see his skill and artistry immediately. He made our stone fireplace look fantastic. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a fine stone mason who will do whatever it takes to get the job right and to meet or exceed the owners expectations."
