"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

"Everything was top-notch from the first contact with Mr. Hamilton through the entire cleaning process. We were considering having new carpet installed but wanted to try having the carpet cleaned to see if it could be restored to a nearly new look. After using Act One, our carpet, which is over 5 years old and has gone through lots of kid and pet accidents, looks basically new. So much less expensive and time-consuming than buying new carpet. Additionally, Mr. Hamilton was pleasant to deal with throughout the process, was always prompt and courteous, and was flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend calling Act One before you consider replacing carpet or rugs."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with Premier Surfaces. Lindsey was my project manager / sales associate. She met my wife and I on a Saturday morning as a special appointment (they do not have regular hours on Saturday, appointment only). I had gotten another quote from a different Granite installer that was slightly higher and they only allow you to see their slabs during the week, which is an inconvenience for me. Lindsey was very nice to us, and she answered all our questions. I felt like she went above and beyond for our whole buying experience. We picked a slab, setup a measurement appointment (really early in the morning during the week, like 7 am or earlier). The measurement appointment was on time and took a reasonable amount of time (maybe 30 minutes). My only disappointment with Premier surfaces is they sold me on their SlabSmith program which supposedly allows you to see how your countertops will look upon installation. I took this to mean it would take a photo of my kitchen, and show me exactly what it would look like in a 3d image. The reality is that it shows you a plan view (from above) of what your countertops will look like, and we chose a black granite which had minimal color variation, so it looked like a few black boxes. Lindsey sent me another version of it that had a grainier granite and it still wasn't what I expected (3d), but I could see how it could be helpful for some folks. I just didn't think it was that big of a deal. For the installation, it was relatively easy to schedule, they were supposed to be at our house at 3:15 and they were about 1 hour late, the 4 hour installation time took about 3.5 hours, and ultimately it resulted in a beautiful end product. So I think there's some room for improvement, but I still would use them again without hesitation. See photos below for before and after (also had floors done) and the photos of the Slabsmith."

"Ratings are just with regard to free estimate. No services were provided. We liked Mr Charles a lot, very courteous and professional. He provided an estimate and we had some follow up questions before we felt comfortable moving forward. We never heard back from him. Not sure why..."

"Excellent job! Doing a roof over can be difficult with changing weather. Weather forced a delay (as it should have) and Nick kept us up to date every step of the way. When weather allowed the old roof to be removed, the team was prompt and worked straight through. 100% of the debris was picked up - like the reroof never happened. "Natural Stone Concepts was a great and affordable experience for us. They worked with us in choice of the best stone for our newly remodeled kitchen “wall-side” countertops and large island. Their installation team came to the house and made accurate measurements and highly accurate templates so when the countertops arrived they fit like a glove. They leveled the stone tops and fit them perfectly to our custom cabinets and island. They also made a wonderful granite counter top in our laundry room which fit perfectly as well based on their template system. The staff and installer team were very polite and friendly and keep us informed of schedules for accurate planning working with the cabinet maker, Stan Tucker Cabinets. LLC. The total project was a great experience with no problems and at a very, very reasonable price. We fully recommend Natural Stone Concepts to anyone who is doing countertop modernization/changes in their house."

"We went to look at granite for the kitchen and saw that they had some overstock bathroom counters.  We are renovating an older home to sell and needed an affordable option.  We never thought we could afford granite for the bathroom.  I'm sure they aren't always able to do things that inexpensively but we got lucky and it worked out great.  They even included a sink.  They were always on time or early.  They really went above and beyond even though they weren't making a huge profit. <br />"
