He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project.
