"Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? My late husband handled these type of situations and I wasn't sure who to trust doing business with. There were so many roofing company's in my little neighborhood the next day knocking on doors. I managed to avoid most all of them until I could figure out just what to do. Thank goodness for Paula, a co-worker and friend. She highly recommended Robert Coker, who has been a friend of hers for a long time. And Paula explained to me WHY she recommended Robert and Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration. I took the info Paula gave me, gave it much thought and decided to call Robert Coker. I reached his voicemail stating he was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week. The adjuster and Robert Coker was at my house on time to do an inspection of my roof, detached garage and small shed in the back yard. He was very professional in communicating with the adjustor and me. After the inspection, Robert sat down with me and explained every single detail and the process. He provided written information on every aspect of the roofing process. And everything Robert told me went exactly as he stated. He handled every single thing. I couldn't believe it. From the paperwork, notifying me of the date of delivery of the materials to the date and time Rejuven8 Roofing would be starting the job. I must mention without fail, the team who put the new roof on my home, garage and shed today, did an outstanding job! They worked non-stop and in tandem! "Encore Roofs did a excellent job on repairing my roof. I will not hesitate to use them again. Brian and his son completed the job in 2 days. Brian is personable, honest, and explained the issue and resolution. My roof has leaked since we purchased the house, and per the neighbors, since the house was built. The house has two different transition pitches on two different sections of the roof. The older part of the house was designed wrong and had no flashing. The newer add-on had transition flashing that was installed wrong. I talked to 3 companies as to how they would remediate the issue. One gave a quote over the phone via a satellite view only. Encore roofing and the other company met with me in person. Encore Roofs' repair design made sense, has a 10 year warranty on the work, and was competitive priced. The other companies only had warranties on a new roof. Encore Roofs replaced the ridge cap, put in a ridge vent, put in transition flashing on the older part, replaced the transition flashing on the newer part, fixed the roof rake, re-screwed the older part of the roof, and removed the old roof debris. Brian's innovative design eliminated the foam (that dry rots with age) under the transition flashing and the ridge cap. Brian also gave me the option to keep the left over new flashing and ridge cap. The completed work looks great."

The worker he had with him accidentally broke my well tank when he tripped. Tod That very same day made it right. He bought the new tank for me $675 and hired a plumber to do the piping. "Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."
