"I would recommend West Shore Home to anyone who is interested in replacing their shower/bathtub. Their service was second to none, and the quality of their tub and installation, impeccable! Brandon H. was the salesperson who visited my home. He was very knowledgeable about West Shore Home products and answered all my questions. He was very professional and he left me assured that I made the right decision with my purchase. I first had Jake N. show up at my home to begin the process of removing my old tub and the walls around it. At first he was working on his own, but that did not stop him from putting in the exceptional work that he did. Manager Jeff C. then showed up to assist him, and I very much enjoyed and appreciated his "hands-on" approach with helping Jake on the installation of my shower area. I appreciated so much when I was told that the product that was being placed in my bathroom was defective. Jeff was apologetic and assured that they will take care of replacing it in a timely manner. And that they did! Only a couple days later, Randy T. and Oz C. showed up at my home to install my new shower. I am more than satisfied with the end result! From my first interaction, to the installation, and the final product, West Shore Home exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and quality of product makes this purchse worth every penny. I am already planning on getting my other shower from my 2nd bathroom in my home replaced, and West Shore Home will definitely be the one to get my business! So, if you're looking for a company to replace your bathtub, West Shore Home IS the best in business! Thank you for the exceptional service and great quality product, West Shore Home! -A very satisfied customer"

"The installers were very polite and courteous. They understood my concerns and reached out to others at Premier to address them right away. They did a very good job fixing my walk in shower and the issues I have with the shower curtain rod and the missing trim are going to be fixed in about a week. Overall my experience went really well. They worked until the job was done in a day and I really appreciated that."

"Wish we had had Sean install instead of the plumber, he really knew what he was doing, spent time diagnosing the problem, explained everything he was going to do, as he did it, and a review and demonstration of tips for successful use when he was through. A great job!"

"I was looking for a company to install floors and countertops in my home and am so glad that I chose Floors Galore by Halfon for the install. Albert was very knowledgeable and had a great selection of floors and countertops on display to show me. We ended up having hardwood flooring installed in the whole house, quartz countertops installed in our kitchen, and granite countertops installed in both our bathrooms. Albert managed the entire project from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the entire process. His installers were great and I was surprised by how fast they were able to put the floors and countertops in. My home looks amazing and I will definitely be using Floors Galore for any future renovations."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"They did a great job installing a new bathtub and shower."
