Rob was upfront & honest throughout the entire process and was always willing & able to answer any of my questions in a timely fashion. They completed the entire roof in one day & then took care of the gutters right after. They also did an amazing job on the clean up, leaving absolutely nothing behind. "2016 Nov John came to check leaking area and suggested to replace the whole roof. He promised after getting new roof, there will no more water leak. Even chimney, flashing,..everything. He told me no worry. I trusted him with new roof replacement in Nov. 2017 Jan, water leak badly, he came back to check and do water test. find a hold under flashing. They fixed. 2017 Apr, leak again, John came back to check, also owner came as well. They said maybe masonry with hole. They refer a guy to do some work, $2000. 2018 March, leak again, can't count how many times they back. They send a chimney guy, he suggest to take out whole chimney and rebuild it, estimate $20,000. After this, they change attitude to sympathetic,just said we have done what we can do. Of course, we didn't do it. I hired another Chimney company to do level II inspection. They told me the roof edge miss some piece call drain edge. According to Indiana law, that is necessary part. We asked ABC to fix it, they said we didn't check this item when we install the new roof. Just wonder how many people should know they need to check this item. I argued with them and asked them come back to add drain edge. FINALLY, no more leak !! Thank God! John is a very great salesman, Sonja is very helpful at beginning. But no body in ABC roofing can find the root cause for 18 month. Maybe we don't need to replace the whole roof at beginning, just need to add Drain Edge. We spend 22000 for new roof and suffer 18 month. Not sure this is our good luck or bad luck to have ABC roofing."

Robert is consummate professional - paying close attention to details, concerns & hands on examination of roof. I was impressed w/ his questions re. History of roof repairs & past issues taking in whole picture of status of roof. As long time home owners of older homes we realize the value of maintenance for prevention & repairs as needed for long term stability of a home as well as lowering risk for problems later on . "Working with Royalty was a great experience. They had repaired a ridge vent for us a few years ago, and we were impressed with the attention they gave us for a "mere" $600 repair. So, when it was time for a completely new roof, we called Royalty. A sales person met with us within a work week, and was very patient with helping us weigh the different shingle options, warranties, and choose a color. We were given an approximate work start date, and despite many rainy work days that month, work started within two days of the approximate date (which was about two weeks out from when we signed the contract). The quote given to us was within $500 (4%) of two other quotes we received from local roofing companies. <br /> We were really impressed with the prompt and clear communication from our salesperson. He let us know when to expect the dumpster, the roofing crew, the gutter crew, and whenever we called with a question, he returned our call within an hour, even in the evening. The on-site crew was friendly, courteous, and graciously tolerated my five-year-old and two-year-old watching them roof the garage from our two story window. The crew foreman also communicated with us on site throughout the process, answering questions, and informing us on the status of our roof boards. When high winds blew shingles into the garage and vinyl siding, the foreman showed us the damage, asked if the crew could repaint with matching colors, and even repainted a spot where we, the owners, splashed paint on the siding when cleaning brushes. <br /> When it came to clean up, the crew did an excellent job, which was especially important with our children who like to run barefoot outside. With the high winds, many of the old shingles tried to fly pretty far, but the crew got pretty much all of the old material cleared out. We only found a few nails in bushes and on the ground, a major improvement over work we had done with other roofers at previous homes. Less than five nails left behind on such a big job was pretty impressive. Start to finish on the roof took two full work days, which included removing two previous layers of shingles. The gutters took less than five hours over an evening and the following morning. <br /> We are very pleased with the service we received from Royalty. Our roof and gutters look great, and the price was very comparable to the two other quotes we got from other companies. Our final total only exceeded the quote by the cost of roof plywood that we chose to replace, and we were well informed of the additional cost that would entail when we made that choice during the work. Although we were daunted by needing such expensive home repairs, we felt confident in our choice of provider. We highly recommend Royalty for residential roofing/gutter needs. <br /> <br /> <br />"
