"<p>First bid was a little high, but their ad said they price match and I had a better price from competitor. Sales person Justin matched the price, including the old fence tear out. My selection was based on better Angie's List reviews between Vinyl Fence Connection and the competitor. Justin scheduled the post install date about 10 days out. They called day before and installer showed up on time to do posts. Remainder of fence installed 10 days later (delayed 2 days because of rain). Fence looks great, is sturdy, and meets expectations. A few small tree roots got in the way but were handled with no extra charge. </p> <p>Installer was contracted by Vinyl Fence Connection, not an employee. His name is Clare Lee (suncrestfencing.com). Had one assistant. Clare was very professional and friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after. Used a portable gas-powered post hole digger that he wheeled in through neighbor's yard. Fit nicely through her gate and left no tracks.</p> <p>Payment was the typical one half before and remaining half when work was completed.</p> <br />"

"I arranged the inspection over the phone and he had the property inspected about three hours later. His report was thorough and well-documented with photos of areas that needed attention. The photos and reports were complete and in my email inbox before the end of the business day. Not only did Mr. Bassett identify several problem areas but he has contacts that he recommended to fix the problems for reasonable rates. He even contacts his people and arranges for the repair. "One stop shopping" and I feel in good hands with this man. I would definitely use his services again. Additionally, he was also trusting enough to perform the services and take my personal check by US mail which will arrive several days after he did the job."

"Quin Denning, of Denning Construction was hired to do a remodel on a rental property that we had purchased in St. George. The property is an old (1940's), adobe/concrete/stucco structure that was rather run down. We needed somebody that could act as a general, but also be capable of doing the bulk of the work themselves. Mr. Denning fit the bill perfectly. Mr. Denning did a majority of the interior work himself (interior framing, door installation, mold remediation and drywall), while employing quality sub-contractors to do things like roofing, HVAC, and electrical and plumbing. Since we do not live in St. George, most of the work was done in our absence. I was certainly a little uneasy about this but had no other choice. Mr. Denning, however, made the whole process fairly easy. He called on a daily basis to update me on his progress and made sure I was kept aware of any issues that arose. At one point he even called to tell me that there was not as much mold in the house as he had originally anticipated. So, he told me he would knock $1000 of our bill! Seriously, who's ever heard of a contractor doing this? Bottom line, Quin Denning is honest, professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. He does quality work in a timely manner and uses professional sub-contractors. He makes sure the job is done right the first time, and if for some reason something goes wrong, he'll go out of his way to make sure it's taken care of. His estimate was a bit higher than others we received, but the peace of mind of hiring a quality general was well worth it. I will be using Denning construction again for my future projects."
