"All and quot;A'sand quot; except for price. I had a drain that was not working in my basement so I called Roto Rooter. They came out the next day (I told them it was not an emergency and the next day would be fine). They came out and cleared the mud and leaves away from the drain and it started working fine. It took about 10 minutes (look at problem, get something from trailer, come back and clear off mud and leaves). The people were very polite and professional. They came at the time they said they would. I was happy to get the drain working but felt a little dumb because I could of easily pushed the mud and leaves out of the way myself and got the drain working. It was my mistake for assuming that it was something down in the drain and not just on the surface. My surprise came when I got the bill for $200. I should have asked for an estimate first but I didn't. I think I paid for the Roto Rooter name. Overall I give them an and quot;Aand quot; because of their responsiveness, solved my problem, and great professionalism but for price they get a and quot;Cand quot; (fair price). Since then I have had a different plumber out for several other problems (For Example: installing two new valves for my washing machine that took the good part of an hour and charged me a total -- with parts -- of $90) and their charges were more reasonable and did not charge me extra for coming out to Wellsville. Next time I will call someone else and get an estimate before they come out. It won't be Roto Rooter. <br />"

"We contacted them and we were really impressed at the interview. The reprehensive took a look to see what we needed here, because our whole air conditioning system bit the dust. We really needed an air conditioning system, here in St. George. They gave us a bid and the bid seemed satisfactory. When they started work on this, they did a very thorough dismantling of our old system. They have to do both the inside and outside at the same time because they brought a heat pump. When they got in there, they found some major problems and when they resolved the major problems, they already had the 3,000 unit already hooked up on the outside of the house. When they got the work done on the inside, they realized that we needed a 5,000 unit. He said that with the piping our house could only use a 3,000 unit. This was discovered after they had taken it apart. Without charging us any extra money, they took away the 3,000 unit and brought in a 5,000 unit, took out all of the sheet metal for the 3,000 unit and put in everything for the 5,000 unit, without charging us a penny more. I highly recommend him. Everything was done first class. It was a great experience. They did a marvelous job and the system has been working now for six months. There has not been a problem at all. I would highly recommend their company. They were highly competitive. He was very honest. I recommended him to my brother and he did a really good job for him."
