"We hired Statewide in 2021 to epoxy our garage. Soon after the first application there were many spots in which the epoxy, paint and flecks had peeled off the floor. We emailed for a repair and it was months and months of back and forth to get him out for the repairs. He finally came out and the repair he performed did not match the previous work. Fast forward to 2024. We had some work being done in our house. The crew used painters tape to tape some plastic down on the garage floor. As they started to clean up in the garage and peel off the painters tape the epoxy floor started to come off with the tape. This should NOT happen with painters tape. We contacted statewide in April to repair the floors. We were told someone was coming in April and it is now almost July, no one has shown up. In April and May weather was the excuse, then it was that the product wasnâ t in stock, and now we get zero response. Do NOT waste your time or money with this guy, he is not a professional. The picture included is just one small spot, we have issues all over our floor."
