"Two young men arrived, identified themselves well, brought the parts needed as requested and got right to work. They were efficient and professional and answered all our questions clearly while progressing with the work. They shut down the house water and worked efficiently to complete the job. They removed the old spout and valve, inspected and repaired the old plumbing located behind the old fixtures, and installed chromed plated fixtures that met our expectations splendidly. We were given the cost for the parts and for the time it took to install and we paid with a check on the spot for the service rendered. Everything was well organized and executed. "One of my new tenants kept having sewer issues...the washing machine backed up into the house, etc.  I had snaked it myself and we had called the city out twice to inspect the pipe going to the street.  On their second visit, they said we had roots in the line.  I immediately called Local Plumbing Service.  They were able to come out first thing the next morning and dug up the cleanout valve.  It had broken at the joint, allowing roots to find the water and grow inside, blocking the water flow.  They replaced the cleanout valve and a section of the pipe.  They showed me how the old pipe used a weaker type of material.  The new pipe was a little thicker and they had to install an adapter also to make the connection.  Everything was placed in a bed of sand and covered back up.  He even took special care to move some new plants out of the way to a shady spot while he was working.  I've been using this company now for several years and their service is top notch."
