"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. During the process of doing the work, they damaged my property. They said they would fix it, but I called many times and continued to get the run around. Finally they had someone come out to paint, which did not cover the blue dye or fix the issue with the stained flooring or base boards. I have continued to call and been told a manager will reach out, which they never do. I have filed a complaint with the BBB."

"These guys came always on time to do the work. Reported an issue after the job was complete and they showed up the same day and fixed. They installed Tankless water heater and did some extra plumbing work to make this work as per specs! Top Job. Collin is great!!"

"Beware! not so honest. I had a air conditioner that would not start earlier this year and while he was here, I asked about having some general maintenance completed at the same time. I was told it could not be done at that time but the tech suggested that I purchase a maint. package that they would come out twice a year to do general maintenance on the units. He stated that they could do in a week or so, it turned out to be over 1-1/2 months for the 1st maintenance but I should clarify that it really isn't much maintenance but a opportunity to pay them to do a quote for additional work. In addition to this, one of our units was not operational arrived, before he would even move a finger I was required to sign a document for work in the amount of around $340 which ended up taking the technician 15 minutes to replace a blown fuse and loose wire, they charged $116.99 for the fuse (cost $0.1469). Not so honest, much different story from when I initially used them several years ago. "

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. "The services that OnCall provided were EXCELLENT!! The HandyMen that did work at my house ,on two separate visits , were very professional and friendly. Both times these experienced guys arrived on time and worked diligently on the issues at hand. I Needed a back gate replacement and I’m SO thrilled that I have a FUNCTIONING gate now and it was so well done I won’t have to worry about replacement for a VERY long time! In addition, my garbage disposal started leaking under my sink . The OnCall Service Man arrived on time and installed a new one! He was very kind, polite, experienced and stayed focused on the job at hand.! "Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
