"What a great company! We had over 300 feet of treated wood fencing we wanted done - about 100 of privacy and 200 of open slats. We got 4 estimates and I have to say that AAF came out in a timely manner - I didn't have to wait days. I think they came out the next day. Nino (owner) was fast and "no frills" which I love. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy and didn't come across as superior to other companies. His price was good. But the main reason we chose him is there was no wait. He was willing to come out the next week plus we saved some money. Also his installers are real fence installers - not just people who are picked up for a job. Once our K was signed, Miss Utility came out and in a couple more days the lumber was delivered and in a couple hours the fence installers showed up and went to work. They were so fast - first they had to remove our old chain link and then they laid the posts. The next day they put up the rest of the fence. There were only 3 men and they worked efficiently and professionally. The fence is beautiful - so straight and perfect. We were so impressed with the workmanship and quality. "Our HOA hired Juan Melendez to complete a sidewalk revitalization/maintenance project. The scope of work was to demo and reinstall 80 (4'x4') sidewalk (21 cubic yards of concrete) pad due to existing cracks and tree roots that have raised sidewalk pads. We also added 5 handicap ramp replacements due to cracks. This project was located in a 175 unit townhome community, and all the sidewalk pads were scattered in different parts of the community. There was also a large portion of the work that was on a busy public walkway along Americana Dr. Juan told us it would take one week to complete the project, and that he would work everyday with his crews. He let us know that he would always have a foreman on site if he wasn't present. His team tackled the project in sections, always protecting the area after demoing a section of concrete. There scope also included using wire mesh and plastic barrier, for community sidewalk this is not common and requires someone who wants to install quality to even offer it as an option let alone do it. They would pour concrete the next day after demo to reopen the sidewalks quickly. All the demoed concrete was neatly taken to our pool service road which hosted his dumpster. No concrete debris were ever found, not a single complaint about noise, leaving a location messy, or being rude was ever received by our HOA Board. The project was completed within 6 days, one day earlier then we anticipated. All of Juans crews were friendly and reflected the same feeling I received when engaging with Juan, thoughtful, willing to do more without complaint, wanting to install the best product possible. The project was a big success for our community. I know several people in the community used him after the project was completed and they were very satisfied, I even watched him forming one of those peoples concrete patios using a laser for precision. If you are looking for a person who loves what they do with concrete and pavers, then you wont be surprised when you receive a high quality performance from his company."
