Cleaned up area on completion. Additional work experiences: 8/8/13. $205.00. Installed new toilet 11/21/13. $60.00. Repaired lamp which was previously non-functional 5/28/14. $154.00. Faucet installation 2/8/16. Invoice not submitted yet for new toilet installation Have used LDR several times and would not hesitate to use again. Easy email scheduling and communication with Terri in office. They make every attempt to be accommodating - for the 8/13 toilet install, Jeff and his son came in the evening after a full day's work on another job. I had a family party scheduled for the following day and would have had to tell an elderly relative that the only bathroom available was on the 2nd floor - she would be unable to manage the stairs and would not have come.
