"Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

"Once again, Jason and his guys came through for us for an emergency situation. I noticed a small amount of mold growing on the ceiling above our shower. To me this was an emergency. Though Jason was fully booked up, he found the time to remove and replace the ceiling, install a new exhaust fan, and do all the associated repairs. They removed furniture to storage, dismantled cabinets and removed to storage, ripped out old floor and subfloor, replaced insulation under subfloor, installed new plywood subfloor and new 3/4 in. prefinished oak floor, then reinstalled cabinetry and painted as needed.
