"I have owned my house for a year and have had several technicians in to inspect my hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner. Jarred Fay of F & F came in and explained all of the issues very clearly and installed a new water heater (a very expensive gas power vented type) and fixed all of the shoddy work that had previously been done at the house. His prices were several hundred dollars lower than the large company that I have a service contract with quoted me. Jarred's work was beautifully done - you can immediately see the improved quality of products and installation. Jarred also fixed several smaller plumbing issues that had been bothering us since we bought the house and installed some safety valves and sensors that can avert flooding disasters and alert you if you have a leak.
