"Excellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Daniel Mitchell gained my confidence from our first meeting. I talked with several roofing contractors, they all asked 4-5 questions and had an estimate ready in about 15 minutes. He spent over an hour with me, asked dozens of questions and offered a lot of advice and options. His estimate was not the cheapest, but definitely on the lower side. It was also the most detailed, listing types and prices of all necessary materials, right down to the cost of the nails. <br /> I needed extensive repairs on a back porch roof and had several other areas that needed smaller repairs, along with 3 layers of shingles to be removed. At the end of each day my yard was clean. He went above and beyond expectations to make my roof look great, right down to painting exhaust vents to match my new roof color. His company does much more than roofing,including windows, siding, and additions. I will be calling him in the future to do siding on my home. <br />"

"I had wanted to add gutter guards to my gutters and add new guttering.  I decided after having many companies come out and show me their products to replace all my gutters with Hanke products.  I had been thinking about new windows as we had them at our last home and our energy bills were cut in half over traditional double-pane windows.  I love being able to wash my windows inside and out from the comfort of my inside rooms.  I also liked the new windows that can be raised or lowered and locked so I can sleep safely if I want with my windows open or leave my home with windows open somewhat. Although there were some glitches due to my window casings, they called in specialist from Little Rock to assess the situation and we were able to proceed.  All of the workers were extremely professional, punctual and cleaned up inside and out as they went from area to area.  They were careful to pick up small pieces in the lawn.  I appreciated their detail as my grandchildren were visiting soon after.  I had a leak in my sunroom that I have had for several years and no one has ever been able to figure out where it was coming from.  They found the problem behind siding and apparently, it had been an issue for many years!  They made several trips to locate the problem and fixed it.  I haven't had any problems since!  Although they are pricier than competitors, the professionalism of everyone involved, the excellent products and the timely fashion that my projects were completed make them a great deal for the price!"
