"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We had our master shower leak which became a larger issue than we expected. The previous owner did a sub par job remodeling the bathroom causing multiple issues. With the stress of trying to figure out what to do, timing, and costs we found Kevin. Kevin came to the house to look at the bathroom and listen to our concerns, hopes, wants, and needs. Kevin did a great job listening and asking clarifying questions to ensure he understood us. Kevin left and a few days later emailed us a new floor plan and design for the bathroom. He called to discuss the new design and answered questions. He did a great job describing why he designed the bathroom the way he did. We were very happy with Kevin’s work and moved forward with the project. Kevin was able to design the entire bathroom to make it look modern, reuse a lot of what we had, and make it more open and flow much better. I would and will hands down hire Kevin again for any other house projects. Highly recommend!"

"We could not have been happier with the job that Floors Free did for us. Bryan encouraged us to have the flooring material sitting in our home at least two weeks prior to installation to assure it would have time to acclimatize to our humidity. He explained that to do the job properly, the kitchen and living room should remain vacant for at least 9 days. We therefore decided leave on vacation, and gave Floors Free access to our home to perform the work while we were away. We returned home to a hardwood floor that was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The stain that Emily suggested complemented the furnishings in our living room perfectly. We found the Floors Free workers and staff to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, and eager to please. Despite my original concerns about having this work done while we were away, I would now not hesitate to have Floors Free perform additional work at our home during our absence."
