"<p>I found this company on Angie's List and they were highly recommended.   My expectations were high and they did not disappoint.   They confirmed appt yesterday, tech showed up right on time this morning and got done with the duct cleaning efficiently and was very professional.   It is a very cold day and he handled the work well with this challenge.   And when I asked when I will need the ducts cleaned again, he did not try to tell me a year from now.   He presented a series of conditions and indicated that if we keep the floors clean, we won't need duct cleaning again for 5+ years.  Overall very happy with this company.</p> <br />"

"Although he was later than anticipated, he did let me know that he was running late. When he arrived, he pulled the dryer away from the vent and water poured out. This was due to the extreme amount of clogged, wet lint trapped in the vent. No wonder my dryer was not working well. He did a great job, ensured the vent was totally clear before cleaning up. He was very professional and I am delighted that this special was advertised and that he did such a good job."

"Caution to others, if you receive your quote via text it will likely differ (be much much higher) from what the technician quotes upon arrival for area rug cleaning. The price I was quoted via text after making the request here was more than half the cost I was quoted in person ($3/sf vs $6.50/sf). I believe that the person who quoted me likely gave me incorrect pricing, so I was in for a shock when the tech gave me pricing. It was higher but also similar to other companies I got quotes from. I chose this company because I thought their rates were more competitive, but they are more expensive. I've made the company aware of this error however so far they are unapologetic, which to me feels like the original quote I was given was not in error but intentionally misleading. Warning, there are also additional fees, for instance, you have to pay a delivery fee ($40) to get your rug back, I am opting to just go get it. Hopefully the quality of work will be good at least."
