We received half answers to questions we asked on multiple occasions. He committed to signing a Roof Cert Form for insurance, but a month and a half after the project was completed, we are still waiting on this form. At end of the day, while I was happy with the work and the price, I wish I spent a little more to work with a more professional operation. "
