"I am extremely happy with Detroit Concrete Leveling for the job they did leveling my driveway and walkway, and caulking the cracks in my cement. The sales person, Lawrence, was very informative about building codes and what was involved in the process, and didn't talk down about any of his competitors like another company I received an estimate from did. The workers, Mike and Matt showed up at the scheduled time, worked hard all day, and did an excellent job leveling and repairing my broken concrete. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or the professionalism they showed in explaining everything in detail and working with me to get the concrete pitched away from the house the way I wanted. I found the price of $2500 for all the work they did, and the results they achieved, to be very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."

"I'm very pleased. I had concerns about dust and fumes from the epoxy. The dust was minimal and fumes were not an issue at all. If I had to do it all over again, I'd set up a box fan with filters, as I've seen on YouTube, but even without that, the dust was not overwhelming. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and welcomed my checking in on them. When they went to lunch, they cleaned up their work area, (even put the toilet seat down in the basement bathroom), something I didn't expect at all. I had questions when they were at lunch, and the salesman got the answers I needed quickly. A couple of things I would change about this process: 1. After they were done, cleaned the area for the day, and put their equipment away, one of the workers invited me downstairs to approve their work. If I had not approved, it was a bit late for me to object as they were packed and ready to go. I suggest in the future the homeowner be asked for their approval before everything's packed up. Their work looked good, but this seemed like a manipulative tactic that wasn't appreciated. 2. The more experienced of the two workers explained early on that he needed to remove some insulation but assured me he'd put it back when he was done. When I saw that he'd not put it back, I mentioned it. He refused to put it back, saying "It doesn't matter". It was an odd way to end a perfect job up to that point. I was totally pleased with how everything was handled, and then that comment and behavior from him just put a bad taste in my mouth. That evening or the next day, I received a very nice gift from the company that was just a really nice touch. A couple of weeks later, we had heavy rains and I experienced water along the walls where the work was done. Within a week of me raising the concern, an arrangement for a technician to visit my home was made. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter. I expect it's very simple like needing more epoxy at the base of the straps, so I decided to go ahead and submit this review. It's difficult to find trustworthy people to do work in your home. I'm very relieved I found a company that is totally worthy of that trust and highly recommend Acculevel. The work they did looks good and solid."

"It went great. Tom, the owner of Deerbrook Construction, and his team did a fantastic job, from tearing out a complicated retaining / decorative wall to leveling the remaining lawn, to removing and totally rebuilding the porch. He also added a decorative walk way, and helped us with the style and deign. There were a few changes along the way and Tom worked so well with us to incorporate the design changes we asked about, and help with some of the technical challenges that cropped up along the way. Overall, we still look at the porch and driveway every day and say what a great job they did. We would 100% recommend Tom and his Team."

"Service was acceptable but not impressive. Workmanship was messy. For example some holes filled were not cleaned of dirt and as injection material expanded dirt was falling out. Also had to call them back on warranty as a crack continued to leak. They did return and add more filler, but left me wondering why more was not used the first time. Overall not bad but would look elsewhere if this needed arose again. <br />"

"Recently I bought a second home in Michigan and after a big rain there was water on the bathroom floor in the basement. My primary home is in Pennsylvania and I had no idea who to call to help me with this issue. I looked to Angie’s List and the company “Water Be Gone” came up as highly recommended to do this type of work. It was a Sunday morning and I called the number expecting to go into voice mail, but the phone rang a couple of times and Joe answered my call. In just couple of days, Joe was at my house to evaluate the problem and offer me some solutions. He did not try to sell me expensive system, but explained to me in detail what needed to be done. He wrote an estimate that was very reasonable. Since the window seal in my basement had a crack in it, Joe said lets fix that first and see if that solves the problem. He said, “I don’t want to cut the paneling off your bathroom wall, if the issue is just the window seal.” He also told me, “if this repair doesn’t fix the problem then call me again and we will come out again and fix it.” Joe told me multiple times, I don’t want to charge you a bunch of money for a repair if we can do it the most inexpensive way. When the next big rain came, unfortunately the water was still coming in. I called Joe and he answered the phone right away and within a few days he came out and pulled the paneling down in the bathroom and fixed two cracks in the basement wall. After the repair, he left the space clean and neat. During this time, Joe always answer his phone, and he also answered all my texts promptly. Joe’s repairman that he sent called before he came to my house and arrived promptly at the schedule time. Joe provides a life-time warranty on all of his repairs, meaning if it starts leaking again then he will repair if for free. I called other companies in the area to get some estimates for this issue and I all I could get was voicemails and they would not come to my house to even give me an estimate for at least 2-3 weeks. Joe and his crew are professional, honest, and very efficient. My repair on my basement wall has been fixed and my basement is once again dry. All of these repairs were done for just a few hundred dollars instead of thousands of dollars. If I should have any other issues with water in my basement, I will call Joe. Anyone that has water in their basement, I highly recommend “Water Be Gone” to do the repair for you. Joe will give you a fair deal and your problem will be fixed. (Karen Hudson)"

"Very good, first day was tear off and water proofing roof for weather, perfect clean up. Day two roofing and valleys complete with just peak and vent cans left. Another great clean up. Day three finish job and clean up. All valleys and cans look perfectly straight line and a nice custom trim piece to trim below dormer. Very satisfied with project."
