My microwave had a handle break off, that was going to cost more than the microwave to repair by the original company I bought it from. I asked Edwin from J&B if he could get a new microwave and when could he install it. He said yes, and tomorrow. I was pleasantly surprised, so I agreed to meet him on Sanibel today.
