"We had some problems communicating initially. Bryan said that my emails had gone to his spam. But the job was done well, all in one day, and it looks great. The workers were friendly, worked hard, and did good work, cleaning up after themselves before leaving."

"Tim is a true craftsman. I’ve known him for almost 3 years. I was referred to him by my best friend in San Diego who worked with Tim’s father (Jeff) for over 30 years and has known Tim since he was young. Not only has Tim perfected the craft of hardwood installation and finishing, he’s also one of the most honest people I’ve ever met. He charges a fair price for a truly outstanding craftsmanship. I jokingly call him an artist of sorts (the way he finishes the floor gives it an incredible 3D look). His work has completely transformed the upstairs and we plan to hire him for the flooring downstairs."

"Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and kept us involved throughout the process. Jorge was a Pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and his team!!!"

"We've used Ron three times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Wish I used him for a major remodel (4200sf) in 2008, which he fixed in 2017 (after water leak was detected from that same remodel). After interviewing 6 wood flooring ppl, his estimate came in the middle of the range. Other floor ppl didn't know how or wouldn't touch our project due to the moisture issue. Ron was the only one who confidently explained how to deal with it, and redid things that I didn't like from the original install. I saw Ron daily for about 2 months. Later, I had him replace the last room that didn't match the house. The floors were gorgeous! (And, he had flooring that others do not offer.) Fast forward to 2022, after moving, Ron replaced the carpeting upstairs with wood flooring. Although his crew had turned over (life happens), the guys were just as helpful, polite, timely, and clean. They moved furniture, replaced baseboards. I had follow up for both projects to clean up glue residue and they were thorough and never rushed. I always refer Ron to friends and neighbors on Nextdoor. He's the best! Save yourself the trouble and just call Ron!"

"I think they were excellent. I intend on using them for another job. They really did a fantastic job. They were courteous and they cleaned up after they left. I couldn't ask for better. My floor parts are perfect except for the two missing pieces but we're waiting on those. I've dealt with a lot of service people and it's almost not normal for me to have a good service person. Omar, is a breath of fresh air. He is honest and he did everything that he said he was going to do. I don't think I could ask for more than that."
