"A friend of ours recommended Spangler Floor Coverings. We went to his place of business and met with the owner Jeremy. We explained to Jeremy that we were looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house and carpet for the bedrooms. Jeremy showed us several options for LVP and explained the difference between each one. We choose the high end LVP. With Jeremy's help, we were able to also choose a carpet for the bedrooms. Being aware of our escrow closing date, Jeremy blocked out the install dates and told us if we contacted him as soon as the house was available, he would start the work on the floors. "Bluestar construction was originally hired to do the restoration in our condo due to water damage in our unit and others on our floor. We were so impressed we hired them to also paint other locations in the unit as well as to do the composite flooring in the entire condo, including labor intensive removal and disposal of tile. "The final results are good, but they are very unresponsive.  It took several calls and e-mails to get the project started and completed.  They had to redo parts of the project because of the bad sub-contractors that they used.  When they did the bar install they also gave us a quote on installing some ceiling fans.  I told them we didn't need them right away, because it was winter, but when it got closer to summer we would want them to do the install.  I have now e-mailed them several times, with no response and called them to try and get them to put in the fans.  We will not use them again.
