"Sam Harter and his colleagues provided great expertise about what to expect and how to deal with the insurance claim. The roofing crew was exceptional; they did really outstanding work, communicated with us throughout, and did a stellar job cleaning up after the work was complete. The painters did a great job on the interior work; when there was an issue, they immediately made it right and went beyond after that. In a world where it is hard to trust sometimes, I would highly recommend Roof Masters Remodeling to anyone who needs their roof replaced. I expected to pay the full price but Sam knew that our insurance company would probably cover the hail damage we had unknowingly suffered, and he was right every step of the way. It saved us a lot of money. I already told my neighbors about our great experience since they need their roof repaired or replaced. This is one of our best experiences with contracted work on our house."

"At first I was kind of skeptical about just the whole idea simply because it’s something I’m not familiar with. But, like a lot of great things in life, you have step out of your comfort zone to really find things that’ll benefit you and make you happier in the end. I’m happy with my product and Roy’s service, he didn’t treat me like a dollar sign, he treated me like a friend and his personality and charisma is the main reason aside from this being a genius idea for me to pick Roy or someone else. I definitely recommend Gr8r Than Energy to anyone looking to get Solar Panels."

"Benjamin was the best person to work with, he keep us up dated all the way. His workers were friendly and very neat. They install a new roof and gutters. They arrived early and worked until the job was done. I have had several roofs installed over the years but CRI was the best. I would highly recommend this company anytime."

"Real pros. Complete roof tear off and install done in just two days. Top notch workmanship too. Fixed unforeseen wood rot with quality materials although total cost was over original bid by about 9%. But the job was done right. Very satisfied overall."

"The windows were installed. A screen was damaged and to be replaced. After two years no screen and numerous calls. Their word and guarantee to us is worthless...... never again! I have learned a lesson........

We are primarily a residential roofing company. We are very experienced in any exterior home repairs or improvements. I currently only have one in house crew. I like to concentrate on one job at a time.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
