"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."

"Mr Morgan of Mag Construction was very knowledgeable and when I had questions about what he would do and where on my roof he drew a picture to explain it all. Took time to explain everything I asked, which was a lot. He and his helper were very courteous and friendly. I was so impressed with his knowledge and demeanor I asked Mr Morgan to look at another area on my house that needed some repair. I will contact him again when I am ready to have it repaired."

We met with an architect and other contractors. The architect would have been suitable for major renovation and the contractor required a specific build plan. We contacted Chas and Ryan of Olver Enterprises, who provided guidance from start to finish. They specialize in this type of remodel, were knowledgeable and patient throughout. The work was completed by our deadline and we are really pleased with the results. It is worth mentioning that we also required full interior paint, which Olver was able to subcontract out. And those painters also did a nice job. Overall a great experience. Olver Enterprises is a family business and we highly recommend."
