"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. "Grifco's communication was severely lacking during this job. I hired out for an exterior door jam replacement, a sliding screen door installation for another door, and to install a smart lock. The job took over 9 hours and he was at the home until 8pm at night.. it should have been a two-day job knowing it would take him as long as it did. On top of that, he didn't communicate any preferred form of payment and only took cash or a check... I had to go to the bank at 8pm at night to pay him vs him sending me a standard invoice upon completion of work. He charged me for the smart lock installation which wasn't even accurately assembled. Super disappointed in the quality of work and communication. "
