"They do good work except for one major thing.  When it is the rainy season and the ground is 'saturated' from water... their workers don't care what their equipemtn does to your yard.. they still run their machines all over and tear-up your yard.  I've had mud tracks, RUTS, grass uprooted and patches of no grass resulting from this.  This happened more than once .. I was so angry with that.. I cancelled the service.

We have had a lot of work done on our home, both interior and exterior, over the past year by at least 15 different companies. Wilson Concrete and Construction is at the top of our list for providing exceptional work. They know what they are doing, show up prepared to work and with the equipment needed. Derek was informative, hands-on and onsite throughout the entire project. Our property is on a hill. We had a concrete slab replaced in the backyard, retaining walls replaced, an extension to an existing wall, stairs between the walls leading to the back replaced and a large concrete driveway replaced. It had to be perfect to properly drain. Derek added his own special touches to make it all come together. It all looks amazing! I call it my concrete compound! "In 2013 I was out of town on a trip. My wife called in a panic because water was coming in through a crack in the basement wall. We had lived in the house for 20 years with no issues. Recently we had new sidewalks poured which disrupted the water flow from the house. This caused water to seep back into the foundation. The Leaky Cellar came the next day and provided a fair estimate and repaired. When I returned home I was very pleased with the work, timeliness, and price they charged. A less reputable company could have taken advantage of the situation. Recently we had the annoying water seepage in our stone foundation. The Leaky Cellar proposed various options to address the situation. They recently installed interior drains. The men were very professional and answered all my questions. For a messy job, they left the basement in good shape. I was very pleased with the work, price, and professionalism. I would recommend them to a friend."

"The initial experience was positive. However, I was planning additional work where she recommended her son to perform. I called her son and he did not return my phone call. After speaking with her, he call the next day. Unfortunately he was not qualified to perform the work I desired, so I informed him to not stop by for  a pre-bid discussion. I believed it would have been a waste of his time, since I knew I wasn't going to use him. Within the next day she sent an email and indicated she "could no longer support by proposal as she had too many clients". I find this hard to believe since she never mentioned this at any point in our discussions. As a matter of fact she was quote excited about working on my project. I believe she was discouraged that I did not use her son. While I can not speak of her landscaping skills, I believe her move was unprofessional.
