"I was given a 2 hour window for when my technician Kyle would show up. Kyle came on the earlier side of the timeframe. He was able to get my garbage disposal removed and installed the new one. He was professional and told me about the warranty and answered any questions I had about the appliance or the service. The one thing that I appreciated about the service from Mr. Appliance is that when they texted/emailed me to confirm my appointment they also sent a picture of the technician that would be performing the service, this made me very at ease knowing who would be arriving to perform the service."

This is my second experience with Chris, I arranged an appointment Alpha Omega Appliance. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
