After down payment, I did not hear anything, so I called. And called. And called. I just wanted a callback to have some sense for a timeline but weeks went by w no response. At all. When work started and I had questions (appropriate for consumer), was treated rudely for asking and for sharing concerns about rudeness. And now this. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. "My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"
