"On 03/20/2025, we entered into an agreement with the defendant for landscaping located at 6522 Nile Circle, Arvada Co. 80007. Dave estimated the work would take approximately tow weeks to complete. We paid the defendant $ 6,244.00 up front, which was 50% of the total project cost. Since receiving the deposit, the defendant has failed to perform the agreed-upon work. In the past 40 days, the defendant has only worked approximately 8 hrs on the project.- he has failed to return numerous attemps to contact him vis text and phone. He doesn t return phone calls or many texts., and he has only showed up to work after I call and ask him to come out, which most of those conatct attempts result in a no show. As of the date of this filing, the defendant has not completed the work, has not returned the up front payment, and has not communicated any reason for the delay or abandonment of the work. We are requesting a judgement for the return of the $6, 288.00. We have photos of the work not done but unable to upload them on this website. We can send them on via email if you can provide the email address and case number."

"Over 7 weeks AND 13 visits, we were intermittently subjected to gas leaks, water leaks, no hot water or heat and error codes on our tankless water heater. They took advantage of the fact that my 2 teenagers and I had no hot water and no heat and continuously up-charged us. During that time, they charged an extra $1900 over the original estimate of $4000. All of the issues were because they failed to recognize that my existing venting didn’t match the new unit (even though they added to the venting) and because they didn’t provide drain piping to manufacture recommendations. They offered me money back and then rescinded the offer as the problems they should have caught just continued. I ended up “chatting” with the manufacturer and showing them screenshots to prove the venting was wrong. They offered a cleaning crew after I complained and already cleaned up the mess they ground into the carpet. When I asked to speak to the owner/DORA license holder, Levi Torres, I was told Levi “doesn’t take phone calls”. Clearly, he only takes your money and wastes your time."

We try to listen to our costumers and trying to see what they want and need. Not only can Minh do designing and pond making but he can do; rock work, mulch, metal & wood edging, planting/removing/trimming trees and bushes, sodding & re-sodding. He can also build flowerbeds and design them on top of that he can do yard clean up.
