"Wagner Floors is, without exaggeration, one of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies we?ve ever dealt with. We had them come out after a flood to replace our carpet. They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "If anyone is looking to get their hardwood floors refinished...do yourself a favor and call Warren and Alec...the father, son team with Clark Hardwood Flooring. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! They refinished my whole downstairs and also my stairs, in a timely and professional manner! I've been walking around for 2 days just in awe of the new life my floors received. We got 2 puppies in 2021...they were not kind to my pine hardwoods...as you can see if you zoom into the picture with them in it. Now...back to perfection! Hit them up, you won't regret it!"
