"Principal representative of Marlin James, Inc,  responded promptly to my call  to perform assessment and quote price  for replacement home air conditioning units. Made all measurements and  took photos of existing units and duct work in attic. Explained different features, per my request, of Lennox line of condensors and air handlers, and emailed brochures with quotes for different models. I elected to install two condensors and two air handlers. At  promised date a large crew of installers arrived to demolish old equipment, install new units, rebuild plenums, and upgrade some of the duct work. A promise of service at end of day was made and met. <br /> The installers did all mechanical and elecrical work. A supervisor stopped by to check on work and progress. The installers were highly professional and answered any questions I posed during the whole process. All holes in interior and exterior walls were patched and painted. Final cleanup was thorough even though they worked into the evening and the tasks undertaken under hot and grueling conditions. Final cost was slightly pricey but well worth the whole experience. "Jeff really is AWESOME! He has done a lot of work for me over the last 18 mos. and will be doing more, because he is always on time, exceeds expectations and his fees are always reasonable. Most importantly, Jeff really does treat your home like his own. So, I did not need to hire a lot of different pros to get projects from start to finish. Also, Jeff patched a hole in the side of the concrete foundation and did such a great job, it’s unnoticeable, and so tight it stopped tiny ants from coming in. He also repaired several interior and exterior doors and replaced all but the frame of a damaged attic ladder by himself (Not an easy job). Jeff is amiable and honest and when he couldn’t do a job, he said so. Then he went out of his way to find someone who could, for a great price. Can’t ask for more than that."

"After reading the positive Angies List reviews and following a good on-site interview we hired Greg and Nancy of Lovett Enterprises to paint the interior and garage of our 2200 sq. ft 27-year-old house. From start to finish the work was performed beyond what we were expecting both in quality and convenience. We were worried that there might be issues with all the furnishings and other items that were in the rooms but there were none.
