He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. "Once I made the decision to restore my roof, the crew was out the next day starting the job. I asked them to be careful of my plants around the house, and they took extra care to make sure not to disturb them (I wish my former lawn guy was the same!). The process seemed to go very smooth. "Found a spot of water on ceiling of my daughters room and called Jacob's roofing to repair roof. He showed up right away the next morning and took some tar on the roof and put it under a few shingles where the leak was and fixed the problem. He was on the roof approximately five minutes and charged $145 and only used a little bit of tar as far as materials were concerned. The bottom line is 5 minutes of labor and tar equaled $145 which I thought was a little steep although he did fix the problem.
