"All went very well until the gate to the storage area was found to be extremely difficult to open or close. Phone calls were responded to as if the company would be out to fix the problem, but they never came after multiple requests over 7 weeks' time. In addition, surplus heavy supplies were dumped on our property and left for us retirees to lift and remove from a difficult area instead of them removing their surplus supplies themselves. We had paid additional fees of $400.00 for help removing other items from the property. They knew this was a problem for us."

"They did a good job, I will say though, just my personal opinion, I had some minor issues. When the crew showed up for the install they were not in any company vehicles or uniforms of any kind that represented the company that has been in business for 33 years. I cannot lie, that made me nervous, it made me think they hired a third party company to do the install for our fence. The only other thing I would say, is when they were digging the holes for the posts they were just dumping the dirt onto my sod, I am not an expert on fence installation, but you would think they would have a wheel barrel or something to dispose of the dirt. I have a new construction so all the dirt that was left on my new sod was a issue, but I personally took care of it."

I wanted a 5 x 5 arched garden gate, that opens in the center (2 panels) with a bird of paradise theme incorporated in both panels. I sent a design I created, and even though he couldnâ t duplicate it exactly, my expectations were surpassed with the finished product. This gate is heavy duty, has a substantial weight, the welds are super smooth, and the powder coating is perfection. This gate is solid, and not flimsy at all. I canâ t wait to get the arbor built and have it installed. I also asked about a small handrail for my porch, and they built that too, installed it on the porch, and cleared out all debris. The quality and craftsmanship from the gate carried over to the handrail. Great job guys!!!"
