He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. That follow up earned my business, he asked for pictures of the locks so he was prepared. Day of service he got right to work, then hurricane force winds hit. He improvised and used my kitchen counter to rekey 8 locks while the storm blew through . He was quick and very clean never would have know it was a work space, we had pleasant conversation while he worked. He also was able to open my mailbox and replace that lock without drilling . He even helped program my garage door remote . He is everything you want in a small business. His number is saved in my contacts cause he is who I will call for a locksmith or his roadside service . His prices are very reasonable."
