Thad is very responsive and arrives on time. He does not give written estimates, just a verbal price. Since nothing regarding the scope of work was written down he forgot some of the things I had asked for and then said they would cost more. The deck stairs were structurally sound, but did not line up with my rails since they added an extra step and pushed the stairs further into my yard. I found another contractor through Home Advisor to remove the additional step so the stairs lined up with the rails and the landing again."

When I told him I had never contacted him about this project, he responded very rudely and refused to provide any explanation as to why he wouldn't give me an estimate. Now, he is threatening me if I leave a bad review."
